Prom the Unitarian Universalist Association site: “We are united by shared values, not by creed or dogma. Our congregations are places where people gather to nurture their spirits and put their faith into action by helping to make our communities—and the world—a better place.” This statement and explanation of the UnitarianUniversalists’ approach results in the “pagan” epithet thrown by L. Torrance.

It is not the church nor the teachings of any ONE that leads an individual to the discovery of what it is that lies within each of us, that which binds us, and leads us back to all that we really are.
