Tops In Weights Jim Frazer, one of Virginia's top weight men, and Co-Captain Wiley will make the Tigers hard to defeat iji the weights division. Bunting Brown will be the top 440-yard dash man, and this, should be the outstanding year for Brown, who will also compete in the mile relay. The mile ;yid two-mile events may give the' Tigers trouble. Frank and Dave Moore, and King Wid dill must carry Tiger hopes there.
