Jefferson Bobbie Cosby, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Cosby, was home for a few days of spring vacation from VPI at Blacksburg. He left Friday by way of Silver Springs. Md., where he visited Miss . Elizabeth 'Noble. Mr and Mrs. Francis Graham, also of VPI. visited Mr. and Mrs. Vernon L. Sprouse several days last week. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest R. Jones returned to their home in this com munity Thursday of last week. Miss Linda Perkins was in Rich mond Friday and Saturday for the two-day state convention of the Beta club Others from this vicinity at tending were Miss Shelby Waldrop and Bobby Smith.
