Bailey, and Mrs. G. D. Shipplett, another j special guest. ( Edward Metcalf Leads Conference Panel Edward Metcalf, the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Metcalf, of Darl ington Heights, led a group dis cussion at the Southern Safety conference in Richmond. The conference was supported by the student council associa tions of Virginia, and Metcalf was selected leader by that sroun. A Randolph-Henry High School senior, his topic was ‘'Safety Ac tivities and Programs of Specific School Organizations.
