S. C. The Rev. Henry DeSaussure Bull, assisted by the Rev Gra\ Temple officiated at the double ring ceremony, performed at Trinity Episcopal church. Mrs. Pettigrew and Archer Vaughn Wade, also of Farmville, were among the out-of-town guests at the ceremony. Scottish Governor Topic of DAR Paper Robert Dinwiddle, lieutenant governor of Virginia from 1751 to 1758. was the topic of a paper presented to Judith Randolph DAR chapter by Mrs. Irvine Ca bell Watkins. The chapter met at the home of the Misses Carrie and Portia Spencer, with Mrs. Douglas Gee as co-hostess.
