The golden jubilee anniversary of the Virginia Federation of Wo men's clubs will be celebrated by the club women of the Alice Kyle district at their annual spring meeting. April 3, at 10:30 a. m. The meeting will be at the Wo man's club in Lynchburg, with the Lynchburg Woman’s club and Lynchburg Junior Woman's club as joint hostesses. Mrs. Joel W. Flood, of Appo mattox, district president, has urged all club presidents and members to attend the special celebration honoring Mrs. James R. Kyle, of Lynchburg, first pres ident of the Virginia Federation og Women’s clubs. Mrs. Bennett T. Taylor, presi dent of Farmville Woman’s club: Mrs. James Fleetwood, president of Farmville Junior Woman’s club Mrs. F. J. Rudershausen, presi dent of Amelia Woman's club: Mrs, Rowertt H. Bruce, president of Woman's club of Buckingham, and Mrs. William C. Carter, pres ident of the Woman's club of Cumberland, will be among the presidents making reports on the activities of their clubs.
