Mis. Sarah Alice Jenkins' died Saturday morning, April 15, at 4 o’clock, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Brady of Flint Hill, after having.been in decline Tng health Tor the past year. She was the daughter of the late Patsie Haines Norman and William Norman of Madison co.nty, and was Tt> years of age. She was the widow of t:.e late Joseph Jackson Jenkins, of Washington, who preceded her in death .'evera! years ago.
Funeral services were held at the Washington Methodist church Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the pastor. Rev. Norman J. Flythe officiating. Interment was in the family section of toe Sperryv iile cemetery.

Mrs. .Jenkins is survived by one son, Charlie Jenkins of Washington, and four daughters, Mi.-. Alice Fra?ier and Mrs. Maizic Rarer of Washington; Mrs. John Brady of Flint Hiil; and Mrs. Ella Howell of Richmond; also sixteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
