Plant Sale Saturday
The Rappahannock Garden elui> plant sale, postponed from last Saturday because of the raw, cold weather, will be held Saturday, April 22, at the Courthouse Lawn in Washington between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Flowering perennials, annuals, shrubs, and 100 or more giant blooming commercial pansies will be sold by the club at very reasonable prices.
Child Hit By Tractor
Jimmy Jerfkins, son of Mr. and ■' Mrs. Jonas Jenkins, was hit by a tractor last Wednesday afternoon. He was carried immediately to Front Royal hospital and it was found that there were no bones b'.c-ken; he was badly bruised and scratched.
The accident occurred at his home at the Washington Resettlement.
