The .Juniors enjoyed themselves last Friday, feeling that .had all the privileges. Well we should, since the Seniors iiad gone to Washington, D.C., and we were next highest. Don’t get the idea that we didn't miss the Seniors though, and Mrs. Corbin. Charles Scroggins, Edwin Scroggins a'nd Leland Walter are representing our class on the baseball team. Doing a good job tool With Edwin pitching we all know the opponents can’t nit ’em when they can’t see them.
As soon as Helen makes j, st one mme trip to the dentist we will add her to our five-pointers' list. We ope it won't be long.
Now, at the end of the fifth six-week period the Juniors are anxiously awaiting the arrival of the report cards. Good or bad we’re always in a hurry to se<the outcome. Then we say, “01.. we'll do better next time”!
Freshman Class News
Alice Mae Coughlin was absent from school last week because of sickness, but we are glad to have her back now.
One of our classmates, Shirley Corbin, had a nice trip to Washington, D. C., over the Easter holiday and saw several movies.
We are all glad to begin our last six weeks period of school. We are looking forward to the party Mrs. Miller is going to give us o.t at her farm.
We were all disappointed about the postponed baseball game with Sperryville last Friday, but we hope to play them soon.
