ENTERTAIN AT BRIDGE
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mercer Menefee entertained at bridge on Tuesday evening at “San Jacinto.” Those playing were Mrs. Carroll Menefee, Miss Louise O’Bannon, Mrs. Holmes Hall, Mrs. Z. H. Sealock, Mrs. J. H. Aylor, Mrs. P. Lee Thornton, Mrs. R. E. Wood, Mrs. C. H. H. Branch, Mrs. John P. Snead, Mrs. R. G. Quaintance, Mrs. L. J. Kilby, Mrs. Charles Estes, Mrs. J. E. Keyser, Mrs. Brue Wood, Mrs John Davis, Capt. and Mrs. H. C. Warwick, Dr. J. P. Snead, Mr. J. E. Keyser, and J. E. Keyser, Jr.
The first prize was awarded Mrs. Carroll Menefee, second Mrs. John Davis. The consolation was ■won by Miss Louise O’Bannon. Following the game the hostess was assisted in serving by her sister, Mrs. Earl Edmonds.
Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Dudley of Alexandria, were Sunday guests of Dr. and Mrs. E. W. Brown.
