Lewis Henry Walters Dies
In Anto Accident
Lewis Henry. Walters, 19, of Flint Hill was killed in an automobile accident at about 6 o’clock Saturday evening. The accident occurred about one and a half miles southwest of. Flint Htll on a road surfaced with loose gravel. The youth was headed towards the home of his mother, located about one-fourth mile, from the scene of the accident. He, apparently, lost control of his car which zig-zagged across the roadway for some distance and their overturned several times. The vehicle w^s badly wrecked. . The young man was the son of Mrs. Hattie Walters and the late Norman Walters. Also surviving are three brothers, Clarence AValters and Norman Walters Jr. of Flint Hill; and James Walters of Front Royal. A 12-year-old sister, Myrtie Walters, of Flint Hill also survives.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock in the chapel of Scott Funeral Home in Front Royal, conducted by the Rev. Roscoe C. Johnson. Interment was in Masonic Cemetery, Washington.
