Mr. and Mrs. Wood Burke and family, Elane, Richard and James moved on Monday to Luray. The Burkes lived in the apartment house o f L. V. Merrill. Mr. Burke will commute to Front Royal where he has a position with the Viscose.
Mr. and Mrs. William Campbell of Luray and Mark Johnson of Gordonsville were dinner guests on Sunday of Mr and Mrs. B. M. Miller.
Dr. and Mrs. W. L. Wake were bridge guests Wednesday evening of Joe D. Keyser and Mrs. Henry Keyser of Pleasant View.
Capt. William * Wiener was a Wednesday night supper guest of Mr. and Mrs. W A. Miller. ^ * ! Capt. and Mrs. H. C. Warwick, who hate been spending their vacation at Atlantic City, returned to their home, Rockbottom, on Thursday. Their son and daughter-yi-law, Mr. and Mrs. William Warwick of Richmond, who kept the homefires burning at Rockbottom while their parents were absent, spent the weekend at Patuxet Air Station before returning to Richmond.
