Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer entertained at a picnic supper at the Pinnacles on Skyline Drive Wednesday evening in honor of their guests Mr. and Mrs. Dan Johnson and their daughter, Jane of Tipp City, Ohio. Other guests were Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Payne, Joe Payne, Mrs. Pauline Bruce, Manley and Diane Bruce and V. Purryaratahhan. On Thursday evening Mr. and Mrs. Schaefer, Edna ,Yates, Susan, Mr. and Mrs. Johnson, Janie and Mr. and Mfs. J.B. Johnson were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Payne in Madison. Mrs. Schaefer and her guests Mr. and Mrs. Johnson spent-Friday in Washington D. C. The Johnsons left for Ohio on Saturday' morning.
Mrs. Benjamin Weddle has as her guests this week Miss Alice Wilson and Miss Deborah Gufston of Boston Massachusetts.
Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Manuel and family were guests on Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. C. Schaefer.
Frank Jarvis is visiting his father, A. Preston Jarvis in Greenville, N.C.
