Snead Pays Tribute
To Judge Alexander
The following statement has been given by Rayner V. Snead, newlyappointed judge of the 26th district.
"I would like to pay tribute to the Honorable J. R. H. Alexander and state that I consider myself fortunate" in having had the opportunity to practice law in his courts.
“R will be particularly difficult for me to fill the position vacated by Judge Alexander, who has been not only an able and distinguished jurist, faig and impartial in his decisions, but who has been always patient and considerate.
“I will endeavor to execute all the duties of the office to the best of my ability and I hope that I may justify the confidence the Governor has expressed in me by the appointment.”
