The meeting will start at 9:30 a.m. and continue unil 3:15, with a break for luncheon at 11:45 a.m.

As in previous years, the Four State Farmers’ Meeting has been .planned and arranged by county agents, local farmers, agricultural extension services, agricultural experimental stations and the farm representatives of the Potomac Edison System.

Among those local men helping with the 1953 Farmers’ Meeting were: W. H. Lyne, County Agent, C. C. Zinn, and Maurice O’Bannon.

GARDEN CLUB

The Rappahannock Garden Clubv will meet on Wednesday, January 28, 2 pan. at the home of Mrs. L. J. Turner. Exhibits will be arrangements made from cuttings of house plants, grown by the exhibitor. All members # are requested to bring forced flowers of bulbs in containers or potted plants to be taken to the crippled children’s ward at Charlottesville.
