The kids who know safety best agree that one of man's oldest and simplest inventions is one of his most dangerous. Forty young safety experts who attended the 31st National 4-H Club Congress in Chicago Nov. 30 to Dec. 4 were asked to list their ideas on how to prevent farm and home accidents. They responded with suggestions ranging from picking up loose baling wirie to putting safety shields an power machinery.
