Because I never have to guess temperatures I know the things I cook will turn out right every time. And I sure do like being able to set the controls and leave my stove to do the cooking while 1 go down town. When I hear someone talk about other ways of coaldng being "modern** I wonder if they still think horses and carriages are better than automobiles. Please don't think I’m just a fresh Idd. I know what I’m talking about— and I know you’d like modem electric cooking better, too.
