There were no injuries in the accident and damage was estimated at $50 to each vehicle. Atkins was charged with reckless driving and no operator's license, said Mr. Willis.

An accident resulting in minor injuries occurred Sat urday at the Rediviva Bridge on Route 211 two miles east of Sperryville.

The accident, which happen ed at six o’clock in the after noon, involved two vehicles; one a 1964 Chevrolet owned by Howard William Grover of Norton and operated by bte son Donn S. Grover. The other vehicle, a 1963 Chevrolet station wagon was owned and operated by Robert Eqrl Smith of Huntsville, Ala. According to Trooper J. B. Willis, the Grover vehicle was traveling east on Route 211 when it ran off the right should^ er, veered back across the road and struck the Smith car The Smith auto hit the bridge and the Grover.vehicle crash, ed into it also. Injured in the crash, said Mr Willis, was Donn Grover who sustained cuts on the face and leg and bruised arm, and Helen O. Moore of Alexandria with lacerations of the head. In the Smith auto the injured were Cynthia Ann Smith with bruised forehead and hip; Step, hanie Lee Smith, bruised face and shins and lacerations of the face; Robert M. Smith, slight head injury.
