Mr. and Mrs. Frank W. Spald ing, Jr. of Morristown, N. J. were weekend guests of Mrs. F. W. Spalding and visited Mr. Spalding at the Luray Nurs ing Home.
Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Hawkof Rockville, Md. were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Foster.
Saturday night and Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Pullen were Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Hawkins of Alexandria. Mr. and Mrs. James Pullen of Alexandria were guests on Sunday. Robert Nethers was taken to the Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal on last Tuesday and remains a patient there. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Charles of Laurinburg, N.C. arrived Monday for a visit of several days with Mrs. Charles’ parents Mr. and Mrs B. J. Wood. John B. Browning of Richmond spent the week-end with his parents Mr. and Mrs. John S. Browning. Jimmy Bowling of Washington, D. C. was their Sunday dinner guest. Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood of Sperryville were dinner and Bridge guests Wednesday of the John S. Brownings. Miss Jean Lillard has completed the summer session at Madison College and is at the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Carson Lillard. She was the week-end guest of Mr. and Mrs. George Bowman in Harrisonburg.
