The next visit of the Ameri:an Red Cross Bloodmobile :o Rappahannock County is scheduled for Tuesday, November 30 between the hours of 12 noon and 5:45 p. m. at Trinity Episcopal Church Parish Hall in Washington. It is hoped that many new donors will volunteer at this visit as well as the dedicated Faithful. It is vital that our quota be maintained to insure protection for each person in Rappahannock County in case blood is needed for an operation or in event of accident. HD Achievement Day

The Home Demonstration Clubs of Rappahannock County will hold its annual Achievement Day Saturday, November 13 at thp high school beginning at 12:30 p. m. Each club will have an exhibit. One of the most popular 'eatures of former years has seen the silent auction which will be held again this year. Bids for articles are written an paper and deposited under them. All bids are examined and the highest bidder gets Jie prize. Proceeds from the auction go into the treasury af the county club. Mrs. William R. Williamson of Woodville will be the Matured speaker of the day and her topic will be on drying flowers and making dried arrangements.
Annual reports will be given by each club in the county and this will be followed by the installation of county club officers. A social hour with refreshments will conclude the program.
There is no admission to this event and the public is invited.
Covered Dish Supper At Forest Grove
There will be a covered dish supper on Sunday, November 14 at the Forest Grove Baptist Church in Amissville beginning at 6 p. m. Following supper a 60 minute film entitled “Magnificent Heritage* will be shown. Everyone is invited.
