Ernest W. Nichols
Ernest William Nichols of Sperryville died Monday, November 1, 1965 at his residence, at the age of 82. He was a native of Rappahannock County and a retired farmer. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Alice B. Nichols; four sons, William E. Nichols of Coshocton, Ohio, Maury E, Nichols of Falls Church, Walker Nichols of CulpeperVand Robert Nichols of Front R^yal; seven daughters, Mrs. Raymond Leake and Mrs. Daisy Cox, of Culpeper, Mrs. Roger Collins of Hampton, Mrs. William Rice of Newport News, Mrs. Lawrence Kosyski of Baltimore, Md., Mrs. Peter DeGalia of Bladensburg, Md., and Mrs. Paul Idomir of Wheaton, Md. Also 22 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. A funeral service was held Wednesday at 11 a. m. at Geest Funeral Chapel, Culpeper, Elder Maxwell Butler officiating. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers were Clarence Jenkins, Ed Estes, John W. Jenkins, George Jenkins, Ivan Jenkins, Otis Bennett, Frank Brown and Ellis Jenkins.
