There will be a chicken and chitterling dinner served at the home of Miss Catherine Carter on Saturday, November 20 starting at 5 o’clock by the Women’s Club of First Baptist Church. 75(5 in, $1.00 out.

The Usher Board of the First Baptist Church will meet Thursday night, November 11 at 7:30 at the home of Mrs. Julia E. Boddie. All ushers are urged to be present.

Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Peyton and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Lynn Jone^of Culpeper were Sunday guests in the home of C. C. Lewis in Sperryville.

The Scrabble School has a basketball goal which was donated by the Rappahannock Jaycees and erected by the President, Mr. Garfield Burke assisted by Mr. Rodney Vest. The School is pleased to see another piece of Physical Education equipment added to the play space.

The Months Rally sponsored by the First Baptist Church Usher Board will end Sunday evening, November 21 at 7:30 p.m. The program will be rendered by Virginia Song Birds of Warrenton. The cooperation of all members and friends is requested to make this program a success. It is held for the benefit of the Church Building Fund.
