The Rappahannock Rescue Squad answered a call to an automobile accident Thursday evening just out of the Town of Washington where two victims were taken to Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal. On Friday, January 7 Mrs. Kathleen Scudere was taken to Culpeper Memorial Hospital. The same day they were called to an automobile accident in the F. T. Valley,, but their services were not used for the victim had already left the scene. ^.Mrs. Cornelius Fincham was taken to Charlottesville on Sunday, January 9. ♦The Washington Fire Company answered an alarm January 9th to a chimney fire at the John Kendall home in Gld Brown Hollow. Flint Hill Rescue Squad took Wade Jenkins from Sperryville to Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton. Sperryville Fire Company answered a call to a brush fire behind the Rappahannock Farmers’ Co-op op Monday, January 10.
