The boundary case involving Culpeper, Madison and Rappahannock counties which was set to be heard January 6 and 7 has been rescheduled for May 19 and 20 in the Circuit Court, Culpeper. The delay, was the result of illness of Judge Lyttleton Waddell, one of the four judges sitting for the case. - 'j'he court will determine the precise boundaries involving these counties.
