Family farmers throughout • the United States and Puerto Rico during the first four months of fiscal year 1966 - July through October - borrowed more money from the Farmers Home Administration to improve their farms, buy land or refinance debts than in any similar period in the agency’s history, Secretary of Agriculture Orville L, Freeman reported today.
