Gen. Kelsey, an active *ircraft pilot, graduated trow Massachusetts Institute Qf Technology with a B\ S.^ degree in mechanical engineering and received his Master’s degree in Aircraft Design in 1933. ; Since his retirement* aa Brigadier General in 1955, he has served on the Board of Directors for numerous Companies and as consultant several well-known corporations. He owns and operates Sher* wood Farm ' near " Culpeper where he has lived with his family since 1956. After the change takes place Jan. 1, the officers will be B. S. Kelsey, president; P. M. Browning, vice - president} Frank E. Mitchell, jr., secretary-treasurer. Frank Mitchell and Gen. Kelsey ! will handle sales, the parts department will be run by Jere Harris and the shop will be served by Elijah Richards and Ben Short.
