SVETV is a non-profit, nonstock Virginia corporation established to operate non-commercial television broadcasting facilities. The membership of SVETV is comprised of public school systems, institutions of higher learning, and cultural, industrial and civic organizations, as well as civic minded, public spiritual citizens, located and residing within the Shenandoah Valley area.
