Guests on Saturday night of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Jenkins, on the occasion of Mrs. Jenkins*' 68th birthday were Mrs. James Chesgreen, Mr. and Mrs. John Poist and daugh ter of Laurel, Md., Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Jenkins,and family of Alexandria, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Estes, Mr. and Mrs. Early Sisk, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dodson, Mr.andMrs. Lester Deal and family, Mrs. Catherine Brown, Mrs. Helen Coffey, Mrs. Herbert Jenkins, Mrs. Mary Quaintance, Mrs. Mabel Deal and family, Mrs. Pearl Coffey, Mrs. Elmer Clark, Lester Jenkins, Mrs. Virginia Lewis, Mrs. Dale Woodward and George Jenkins.
She was taken to the hospital Tuesday with pneumonia. Mrs. Jda Holmes was an afternoon visitor and evening dinner guest Sunday of her sister, Mrs. Carl Gray near Warrenton. Mrs. Julia Curtis, who has been nursing in Culpeper, is spending some time with Mrs. J. L. Walter. Miss Drucilla Davis of Washington was an overnight guest Friday of Miss Susan Latham. She was accompanied home Saturday afternoon by her mother, Mrs. George H. Davis. Jr.
