In execution of a deed of trust, from Carl E. Frye and Shirley J. Frye, his wife, dated the 17th day of February, 19C7, recorded on the 1st day of March, 19G7, in the Clerk’s office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 88, page 177, the undersigned Trustees, will offer for sale at public auction land, with improvements, known as the "‘Barksdale Schoolhouse Lot” on Fire Run Road, near Huntly in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, according to a description in the aforementioned deed to which reference is made, at the front door of the Courthouse of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Washington, Virginia, on the 21st day of June, 1968, at 11:00 a.m., the property described in such deed.
