Assisting Mrs. Cleverley at the same were Mrs. Barbara Gentry, Mrs. F. W. Spalding, Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jr, and Gregory Clark. Many members of the Eastham family and H. S. Barksdale attended a picnic Sunday at the farm of T. L. Eastham given by Dr. and Mrs. Edwin Eastham of Front Royal. Mrs. Mary Cleverley will be in Richmond Thursday and Friday to attend a Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) Seminar at the John Marshall Hotel. Mrs. Cleverley is Secretary of the Northern Virginia chapter. Mrs. Ethla Jacobsen of Sla-" gelse, Denmark is making a month’s visit to her son-inlaw and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Philip R. Irwin at their home Caledonia. Patrick Foster spent the week-end with his parents Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Foster and returned to RPI in Richmond where he has employment for the summer.
