Miss Diane Brown, Miss Marion Gundlach and Miss Brown's sister Bonnie Brown of Denton, Md. left last Thurs day for a weekfe trip to Florida^ Mr. and Mrs. Charles Weitz of Margate, Florida left Tue» day after visiting Col. and Mrs E. A. McNear at Greenwood. Other guests for the week-end were theMcNear’s son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Weitz, Jr. and daughter Kristi Ann of Warren Ohio and Major Richard E. McNear of Washington, D.C. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Keyser of San Diego, Calif, were Saturday night and Sunday guests of Miss Mary Miller Wood. Mrs. Henry M. Keyser was a Saturday night supper guest. Luncheon guests Sunday of Miss Wool with Mr. and Mrs. Keyser were Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hoge of Bluefield, W. Va., Mrs. Earl Edmonds of Huntly, Mrs. Mary Botts Quaintance, Mrs.* F. Downing Wood, Miss Frances Wood and J. D. Keyser. J. S. Bonnett of Pittsburgh, Pa. is the guest this week of Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Hall at Rose Hill. Mrs. A. M. Verner and Mrs. Virgil Updike spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. George R. Jenkins at Suffolk. Miss Frances Wood returned from her school in Staunton Saturday and will spend the summer with her mother Mrs. F. Downing Wood at Sunnyside. Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. L. J. Turner at the Caverns and Coach Restaurant in Luray were Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones and Mrs. Wade H. Massie, Jr. Mrs. T. C. Lea spent last week visiting Mr. and Mrs. T. L. Williams in Amherst and Mr. and Mrs. John Cargill and family in Bedford. Mrs. Harold Faulconer and two daughters of Orange spent several days the first of the week with Mrs. W. M. Fletcher.
