At the final commencement at Sperryville Elementary School O. A. Norton, Superintendent of Schools, was presented a check for the new consolidated county elementary school which will open in the fall. Awarding the check in the amount of $1,000 are Melaine Thornhill and Terry Woodard. At right is Mitchell Hill who emceed the presentation.
