Preston Pulliam of Warrenton was nominated as the Republican candidate for the Virginia House of Delegates on Saturday at the Republican Convention of the 28th District held Saturday at the Rappahannock County Elementary School. Mr. Pulliam, 47, is a native of Rappahannock, bom at Woodville. He has had a long and successful career in the insurance business and also served a four-year tour of duty with the U. S. Marine Corps.
