The Amissville Volunteer Fire Department is seeking contributions to aid in the purchase of a new fire engine, which according to company president, Paul A. Poling, is badly needed. This week the fire
company is staging an old j Virginia Ham and Turkey dinner at the Amissville fire hall. Any
adult who makes a donation of | $5.00 is entitled to attend the dinner scheduled for Friday night, May 16 beginning at 5 p.m. A $2 donation is made for children under 12.
The donation is tax deductible and the dinner is delicious.
