Friday, May 30,1969 At 10:00 A.M. (EDT) At the Front Door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed by John H. Mallory and Jeanne W. Mallory, husband and wife, to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, said deed of trust being dated and recorded November 28, 1960, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 73, at page 306, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holders thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holders to be due and payable), the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, Trustee, having been requested to act by the holders of said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia, on Friday, May 30, 1969 at 10:00 a.m. (EDT), the following property, to-wit: “All that lot described as Lot No. 4 containing 18.60 acres in a division of the lands of C. Z. Rollins. the metes and bounds of said property being as follows: ‘Heginning at a stone corner to the 2.90 acre wood lot No. 1 and lot No. 3, running thence with (he lines of lot No. 3, S 27’W 500’ to a stone, thence continuing said lot No. 3, S 3, W 1268 to a point in the line of lot No. 3, thence continuing in a Southwesterly direction 30 ft., thence N 84 E to a point set forth on a plot hereinafter referred to, thence N 76 E 467’ to a stone, thence N 2-1 4 E 1251’ to a stone at a spring, thence S 29-1 4 W 825 ft. to a point in said 2.90 acre wood lot, thence following the lines of said wood lot in a Southeasterly direction to the point of beginning, containing 18.60 acres. This is the same and identical tract or parcel of land acquired by said John H. Mallory and Jeanne W. Mallory by deed dated and recorded November 28, 1960, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 73, at page 303.
