Robert E. Atkins was a member of the 1969 graduating class of Berea College, Berea Kentucky. He will join the Teacher Corps at East Tennessee State University on June 19 where he will study for his Masters degree. During this time he will also be concerned with social work in Johnson City, Tennessee. He is the son of Mrs. Ella Atkins of Sperryville and was a graduate of Rappahannock County High School.
