“The three great sectors in the campus community are the students, the administration and the faculty. Each of them have their own responsibility in the collegiate community. There is a duty and responsibility for student government to exercise leadership on behalf of the vast majority of students who want to learn to assure that they are afforded that opportunity. Future campus leaders should look for ways and means of providing a better response by the majority to offset the demands of a tiny minority who have frequently paralyzed the academic community.
