Charles Browning at Brookside in honor of their niece, Miss Elizabeth Cabell Ripley whose marriage to W. M. Stromeyer took place on Saturday.
Raymond Johnson sustained a back injury last week and is confined to his bed. Visitors in the Johnson home last Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Bill Vernam and son of Warrenton and Albert Johnson and son of Brandy Station. Sunday visitors were Mrs. F. B. Bailey and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Highlander of Culpeper.
Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson joined friends for a visit to Mr. and Mrs. Cary Thornhill of Boston on Sunday afternoon.
