Mills noted that an early start' last fail allowed Central Valley Construction Company to get a bead start. Rough grading, pouring of footings, and construction of walla was generally accomplished before winter.
Construction has continued without any difficulties since early spring. The Department of Community Colleges has a full time resident inspector, Thomas G. Dodd, on the site.
It is anticipated that equipment will be installed and checked out in September and that only finishing touches to the outside of the building and the heating system and completion of site work, including landscaping will be necessary following the opening of the fall session.
Lord Fairfax Community College will offer both' college transfer and occupationaitechnidU curricula with tuition set at $180 for the three-quarter year.
