4-H youngsters in Rappahannock County exhibited more than 250 articles at the one-day fair held last Wednesday. At left is a group of award winners named elsewhere. Among the activities of the Fair-Day was entertainment by Brenda Printz and her guitar. Brenda is an accomplished folk singer as well as a 4-H’er.
McCulloch of Fairfax spent the weekend with the latter’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. H. Brady. Mrs. L. B. Burford entered Warren Memorial Hospital last week for treatment.
Miss Terry Youngblood and brother Kim Youngblood of Hampton were the weekend guests of Eddie Clark, Jr.
Mr. and Mrs. Edgar D. Charles, Jr. of Tuscaloosa, Ala. were the guests last week of Mrs. Charles’ parents Mr. and Mrs. B. J. Wood at Sunny Slope. Mrs. F. W. Spalding with Mrs. T. C. Lea of Washington spent Friday night with Robert L. Massie, Jr. in Richmond and Saturday night with Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Dennis at Doswell.
