Just think of the blessings that would accrue under such a system. The population situation would be solved; with decreased population the food and water shortage would be no problem; there would be less pollution. We would not worry about the black or yellow peril, the noble Redman would not be relegated to some isolated reservation, he, like the rest of us, just wouldn’t be.
