This dump truck, loaded with material for the by-pass construction, overturned Thursday on Route 522 near Massies Comer. The driver, Tommy Lee Bradley, 21, of Culpeper sustained minor injuries which included abrasions to his chin and neck and a bruised shoulder. The truck was owned by H. William Partlow, Inc. of Culpeper. According to a report by investigating officer Trooper P. P. Dicks, a tire blew out causing the crash. Damage to the 69 International two-ton dump truck was estimated at five thousand dollars. __
