David Michael Dwyer
David Michael Dwyer, 10 year old son of James Samuel and Ruby Dwyer of Sperryville died Wednesday, August 26, 1970 at the University of Virginia Hospital following a sudden illness.
A funeral service was held on Friday at 2 o’clock at the graveside in the family section of Washington Masonic Cemetery. The family pastor, Elder James Adkins, conducted the service.
Besides his parents he leaves a sister, Kathy Ellen Dwyer; two brothers, Samuel Lee and Gary Alan Dwyer, all residing at home; a maternal grandmother, Mrs. Nina B. Dwyer of Sperryville.
Geest Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
The pallbearers were Cecil Atkins, Dick Clatterbuck, Jimmie Dwyer, Charles Dwyer, Lawrence I Jenkins and Barry Adkins. Li ; •*

Mrs. Paul Brown
Mrs. Genevieve Bryant Brown of Amissville died August 26, 1970 at her residence. She was 61, bom July 10, 1909 in Culpeper County. She married Paul R. Brown, who survives her, in 1932 and had resided in Amissville since that time. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and participated in the church Missionary Circle.
In addition to her husband, survivors include her mother, Mrs. Mamie Bryant of New York; two daughters, Mrs. Joan Doors of Maryland and Mrs. Olivia Washington of Connecticut; two sons, Russell Brown Roper of
