The Rappahannock County Zoning Appeals Board convened Friday to act on an application rrom Potomac Edison Company of Virginia for a transmission line through this county. After limited discussion the Board recesses to continue the hearing September 9. Introduction of the application was handled for the utility company by J. Sloan Kuykendall, attorney of Winchester, whose presentation was halted by inlerjections from V. John Lyle, one )f more than a hundred citizens present and opposing the line’s erection, and John Dwyer of Washington, D. C. and landowner here, acting as citizen’s counsel.
