Mr. and Mrs. George Richard Kanak of Hopewell announce the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca Estelle, to William Randolph Fox, son of Mrs. William Ray Fox of Alexandria and the late Colonel Fox of Shenandoah.
Miss Kanak is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Tyler Johnston of Rappahannock County and the niece of T. Morgan Johnston of Washington, Va. She was the 1968 Junior Miss of Virginia and has recently returned from Paris, France where she studied at the Sorbonne during her junior year. She is a senior at Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, majoring in French.
