Mr. Fox, grandson of the late William Lee Fox and Rae Fox Walker of Shenandoah, was a 1966 graduate of Page County High School and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with High Distinction from the University of Virginia in June. He is now employed by Delta Electronics, Inc. of Alexandria. A wedding is planned for January.
