Given Scholarship
Miss Lee Lawrence, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Lawrence of Amissville, received a Nursing Scholarship given by the Culpeper Jayceettes this year. She is a 1971 graduate of Culpeper County High School and will enter Bluefield College in the fall where she will be enrolled in the pre-nursing course.
In addition to qualifying academically for the scholarship, Miss Lawrence was a member of the school band, and member of the annual staff. She was secretary of the Latin Club, member of the Future Homemakers of America and on the softball team. She is organist at Amissville Baptist Church and has been a member of Job’s Daughters, Culpeper Chapter.
