Tim Kilby Named
Moon Shot Photographer
Tim Kilby of Sperryville has been appointed one of the official photographers by the Space Agency for the Apollo 15 Moon Shot which will be launched from Cape Kennedy, Fla. Monday, July 26. He left early this week for his post there. Tim has long been interested in photography and has taken some courses in it. He has exhibited pictures several time in Rappahannock including the July 4th Library Celebration. Tim is the son of Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Kilby of Sperry ville. He is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and has been teaching Industrial Art at Fairfax High School, Fairfax. He has done graduate work in communications this summer at Tech.
