Mrs. E. L. Weakley was a guest Tuesday of Mrs. Elsie Slaughter in Silver Spring, lid. Recent Sunday guests of the Weakleys were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mills and children Linda and Rocky of Lanham, Md.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Andrews of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., former residents of Amissville, were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. S. H. O’Bannon near Warrenton. Mr. and Mrs. F. L. Bowey also joined them for dinner. In the afternoon the Andrews’ were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Robert B. Settle. They were on a two month vacation which would eventually take them to Seattle, Wash.
Melody Green returned to her home Sunday after spending a week with Mr. and Mrs. Warren Wines in Bethesda, Md.
