Rail season was set to open September 1, a few days ahead of predicted high tides, and close November 9. Shooters will be allowed 15 clapper and king rails combined plus 25 sora and Virginia rails combined each day. Hunting is permitted from Vfe hour before sunrise until sunset. Snipe and woodcock hunters were awarded a November 15 through January 18 season with a daily bag of 5 woodcock and 8 snipe.
